Sweet home Improvement installed about 35 windows and two doors for my house. I am happy with him and his service. I read most of the reviews before hiring Mr Koo. He is a very sincere man. I am glad i hired him and will definitely use him again for other windows and doors we did not replace. I have certainly said good things about him to friends and family. Give him a chance...he is a good man.

Sweet Home Remodeling is a fake company. They are Con Artists who use labourer's once or twice don't pay them and then go on to the next group to exploit. There work is extremely cheap and sloppy . Do not use this company , they are the exact reason contractor s get a bad name.
Don't take my words regarding this dishonest company. Check the Fairfax County Court Records to see how many times Sweet Home Improvements has been listed as Defendant. Also, check with Fairfax Police report for criminal complaints. After winning a $2,000 court judgement for keeping my deposit with no work performed, Mr. Koo still refused to return my deposit as of this review.
WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I had an addition done to my house less than two years ago. It was the worst experience I ever had dealing with a company. His contractors constantly failed inspection. They were not qualified for the job and took longer than expected. My roof is leaking for over a year now, I asked Mr Koo if he can repair it and he put the blame on the stucco company. Water has been coming inside my house every time it rains and causing damage to my floor and walls. I have had three different roofers come by and asked for their professional opinion on who was at fault and they all agreed it was not the stucco company but the roofer brought by Home Sweet Home Improvements. I also asked to have tempered glass installed and he charged me an additional $3,500 for it but did not put in tempered glass. The inspector pointed that out and Mr Koo tried to blame it on delivery being sent to the wrong house He then put in only half of tempered glass and said that was all I needed. No, I paid for all windows to be tempered glass, not half. Stay far away from this company if you want to avoid the kind of bad experience and endless problems I had.
